We ship either USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail. If you need products shipped faster please contact us at sales@rymarwaterworks.com and we can work with you to arrange express deilivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
30-Day Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Rymar Innovations within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our return policy and guidelines listed below. During the holidays, items shipped by Rymar between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
All sales on customized items are final - Returns will not be accepted for any items that have been customized.
Gimme Tapes have a 90 day warranty. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us at sales@rymarwaterworks.com and include a description of the issue and pictures.
All returns including warranty returns must be processed by emailing us at sales@rymarwaterworks.com
Returns Are Easy: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your items back.
